Match Report Press Report

Petersfield 3 Beat Fair Oak 4 in a close match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. This turned out to be the case with a Home win.

On paper, the number 4 string should have been the closest, with only 80 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, Mark Ross, did well therefore to secure the win.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 5 string, Mike Willis, gaining 40 Ranking Points from the match.
